This payment is to The 4th Avenue Farmhouse for coordination of this event series and security of your vendor spot once approved.

Application does not automatically result in acceptance. Market Coordinator has the discretion to approve vendors based on the guideline of promoting a healthy mix of products at the market.
Payment is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations for this event series as we cannot control environmental factors.
When paying, please include your company’s name, your name, and the date(s) of the event in the payment notes.
To add additional spaces (i.e., 10x20), simply adjust the quantity before or after adding to your cart, but before payment.
