Return postage to be paid by customer. Item must be returned in original packaging with no signs of damage.
Orders for pick-up from farm porch only. Legally, our food items cannot be shipped outside the state of Ohio. And truthfully, most of our baked goods wouldn't survive shipping treatment anyway, no matter how well we packaged them. While we will ship within the state of Ohio and package as best we can, we can't guarantee they will arrive in pristine condition so we cannot offer a refund for shipped products.
