Cold-proofed and made from our own active starter that mixes wheat, rye and white bread flours. This makes a great crusty loaf with the chewy innards of sourdough that we all love. Does not come sliced so you can make it as thick or thin as you want. Plus, we add a touch of cornmeal to the bottom to give it an added crunch. You're welcome. :)
